Our staff started developing web sites in the mid 80’s. At that time most web sites were hand coded in HTML and programming languages such as PHP and Coldfusion.

In the 1990’s as web development advanced so did the techniques for developing web sites. Mark, our principle consultant, lead a team that developed a catalog based marketing web site for Konica Minolta Imaging. This web site employed content management systems (CMS) architecture to enable the end users to update the catalog images and descriptions without the need for technical support.

In the 2000’s he lead a team that developed a full service web site that enabled an medical billing enterprise to rapidly deploy multiple medical organization’s payment websites.

Today he use Content Management Systems (CMS)  such as WordPress, WIX and Weebly for rapid development. These tools also provide the mechanism that enables clients to easily maintain their sites.

Project Management
 

Mark has over 40 year experience in project management having managed projects of all sizes and duration’s, from several days to over 2 years with staff of 5 to up to staff of 120.

Mark, as a PMP,  employs the policies and procedures of the Project Management Institute and adapts his project management services based on the needs of the enterprise.

Before the start of any consulting assignment, Ada Business Technology works with the client to develop a project plan. This is a key factor in ensuring the success of any assignment. This plan includes:

A comprehensive schedule of tasks that are to be completed
Identification of all hardware and software including pricing
An estimate of the labor required (ABT’s and client’s)
A list of all software, documents and all training to be delivered.

IT Infrastructure
 

He held management positions for over 30 year ranging from Manager through Vice President. He has successfully been responsible for assuring that IT focused on the needs of the enterprise. He has been responsible for several migrations including moving a company from Long Island to West Michigan over a long weekend and coming up on a Monday with a new staff. His reference speak of his ability to manage and support his enterprises.

As an experienced senior IT manger he knows that an IT department needs to be augmented with experienced professional who knows how to comply with regulations such as HIPAA and SOX and must conform to best practices such as the COBIT Framework and security in conformance with ISO and ISO 27001 and 17799
